“Adult education restyling towards a more oriented professional identity building” (My Professional ID) project objectives are:
O1 > Develop training resources and tools for the acquisition of linguistic, digital and professional identity building competencies.
O2 > Up-skill adult educators with linguistic, digital and professional identity building competencies.
O2 > Up-skill adult educators with linguistic, digital and professional identity building competencies.
The project is aimed at designing:
• A learning module related to linguistic competencies;
• A learning module related to digital skills;
• A learning module related to professional identity building.
• A learning module related to linguistic competencies;
• A learning module related to digital skills;
• A learning module related to professional identity building.
All the modules will be tested through an international training involving 15 adult educators.
The results achieved through the project implementation will be presented in each country though a dissemination event.
